Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds for products that are delivered in a damaged condition or if the wrong product is delivered. Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
